I met Carol as a therapist when I went as a support to my boyfriend to counseling. She gave me great insight into his struggles and helped me realize how I could best help him work through some of the issues that he was facing. Along the way, she gave me valuable tools that I used to deal with the stress of that relationship and was able to help me, help myself in finding a healthy direction for my life and relationships. As a result, I am more equipped now to deal with what life sends my way, and I recognize unhealthy situations much more quickly. She has a compassionate heart for counseling, and is TRULY gifted in helping others.
